Good Evening Parents,

Third quarter is coming to an end and soon parent conferences will commence. I will send out notices with assigned appointments this week. Please look out for these notices. We have been working hard and continuing to improve in our writing, making headway with our A.R quizzes and enjoying looking at numbers in different ways with place value. Parents, please remind your child to wear tennis shoes Monday through Friday to be safe during our P.E. Here are some upcoming events:

Good Evening Parents,

This week we will have a short week. We are continuing to learn about informative writing and making sure we include a topic sentence, details, and conclusión when writing about  an American symbol. In math, we are learning about ordering and comparing length, measurement and analyzing graphs. On  Thursday, February 12th we will celebrate Valentine’s Day. Your child is welcome to exchange Valentine cards, treat bags, etc.. Have them write their name on each card, but don not address the enveloppe. There are 21 students. 10 girls and 11 boys.

Important Dates- 2/13 & 2/16 legal holidays- Lincoln and Washington Days- No School

Good Evening Parents,

I am finally feeling  alive again and I am on the road to recovery!!  I missed my students and I know they missed the homework.  Be on the look out for it tomorrow Monday, Feb. 2. Please make sure your  child  logs  into RAZ Kids  and completes a book and  also PiPo’s weekly lesson. It will pay off.

Remember to eat healthy, excercise and drink plenty of fluids. Also, wash your hands during this cold and flu season.
